The hotel's location was perfect for sightseeing and exploring the city. It was in a central area with great restaurants and easy access to local transport. The room was clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable and quiet bed. The staff, especially Maria at reception, were friendly and went the extra mile to help with restaurant recommendations.

The hotel lacked animation and had limited seating areas. There was no proper bar, although you could have a drink in the small seating area.

The hotel is perfectly located for sightseeing, right in the center and close to everything on the pedestrian street below. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well-appointed, with extremely comfortable beds and quiet surroundings. The staff is friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to provide restaurant recommendations. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and friendly service in the breakfast room.

The transfer from the airport in a taxi can be quite expensive, but there is a more affordable bus option available nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in the center of town. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city and visit restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance. The staff was very welcoming and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were fantastic, equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a powerful hairdryer, a comfortable bed, and a well-appointed bathroom. We also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to family and friends.

I was kinda surprised by my stay at this hotel. the location was ideal for my business trip, as it was centrally located and close to many amenities. the staff were attentive, always ready to answer any questions I had. Lastly, the room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing everything I needed for a short stay.

There were a couple of things that could have been better. I found the breakfast to be a bit expensive for what was on offer, so I chose to have breakfast at a nearby café instead.

The hotel is conveniently located in the central semi-pedestrian area of Bordeaux, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. It is very close to the main tram hub and a visitor center, providing easy access to transportation and tourist information. there are plenty of amenities nearby, such as an ATM and a super bistro across the street. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns.

One downside of the hotel was that it is situated in a pedestrian zone in the center of town, which could be a bit intimidating for those unfamiliar with navigating busy city streets.

We were thrilled with the really good service at Best Western! The staff were really good too make our stay special. They even left a personalized message and fresh fruit in our room for our birthday celebration. The location is superb, right in the city center close to the main shopping street and Grand Theatre. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and filled with all the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed being able to open the windows for fresh air and a glimpse of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, high standard, and really good staff!
